Chose: I made an intentional decision to do that by riding my bike at sunrise along the beach path. 3. Scheduled: I blocked time on my calendar two mornings a week for sunrise bike rides. 4. Planned: I prepared by choosing the route and setting out my gear the night before. 5. Shared: I told my bestie about my goal and she decided to join me. 6. Partnered Up: We rode together, talking about life, making each other laugh, dodging pigeons and enjoying the sunrise. Those sunrise bike rides became not just a habit, but a cornerstone of my recovery. In so many ways, they brought me back to life. Your Turn!
